Suspect allegedly drops Slurpee, then meth, is arrested after foot pursuit
At about 1:03 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, a Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Patrol deputy stopped a silver Honda Odyssey van for a traffic infraction. The driver pulled into a motel parking lot.
The driver (Zane Grey Macziewski, age 48) then reportedly jumped out of the Odyssey, dropped his Slurpee, and ran south on McLoughlin.
The suspect then reportedly dropped some methamphetamine -- and was taken into custody in the 4400 block of SE Boardman Ave.
The suspect was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on charges of Attempting to Elude and Escape. His full booking info is here. Bail is set at $15,000.
The two passengers who were in the van reportedly fled shortly after the driver took off, but they are not wanted in this matter.
Attached photos include booking photo and picture of suspect exiting vehicle (Slurpee in hand).
