UPDATE -- SUSPECTS ARRESTED: Wilsonville Police looking for two masked robbers; tips sought
UPDATE: Thursday, March 27, 8:30 p.m. -- SUSPECTS IN CUSTODY
The suspects in the Wilsonville masked robberies are now in custody, lodged at the Clackamas County Jail.
This evening around 6 p.m. the Wilsonville robbery suspects ANDREW SANDFORD GOSSETT, age 20, and TRAVIS ANDREW WYATT, age 19, turned themselves in to the Clackamas County Jail.
Both were booked on charges of Robbery in the 1st degree, Assault in the 2nd degree, and Kidnapping in the 1st degree. The total bail is set at $500,000.
The Wilsonville Police Department would like to thank the public for the tips provided in this case.
EARLIER (Wednesday, March 26) -- SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED; CONSIDERED ARMED, DANGEROUS; CALL 911 IF SEEN
Wilsonville Police have identified the suspects in two robberies near the 26000 block of Canyon Creek Road in Wilsonville, and warrants for their arrest have been issued. The public is urged to call 911 if they see the suspects.
After a thorough investigation by Wilsonville Police, two suspects have been identified and warrants for their arrest have been issued by the courts. Both suspects face charges of Robbery in the 1st Degree, Assault in the 2nd Degree, and Kidnapping in the 1st Degree.
- Suspect #1 has been identified as Andrew Sandford Gossett, age 20. He is described as a white male about 6 feet tall, 140 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.
- Suspect #2 had been identified as Travis Andrew Wyatt, age 19. He is described as a white male about 6 feet tall, 140 lbs., with light brown hair.

These subjects should be considered armed and dangerous. If seen, do NOT approach -- call 911.
EARLIIER (March 24, 2014)
Around 7 a.m. today (Monday, March 24, 2014), two masked suspects allegedly robbed two different victims near the 26000 block of Canyon Creek Road in Wilsonville. Wilsonville Police are seeking tips from the public in these cases.
In the first robbery, the two suspects -- who were wearing dark-colored hoodies and bandanas as masks -- approached the male victim in a parking lot near the 26000 block of Canyon Creek Road. The suspects demanded that the victim empty his pockets, took an undisclosed amount of cash and other items, and fled on foot.
Detectives with Wilsonville PD later learned of a second robbery near the same location around the same time. In this incident, another male victim was robbed and assaulted.
The suspects are described as follows:
- One is 6'4", one 6'2"
- Wearing dark-colored hoodies
- Faces covered with bandanas
- Suspects approximately in their early 20s
- Race unknown
The victims are not available for interviews at this time.
Three Clackamas County cities -- Damascus, Happy Valley, and Wilsonville -- contract with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office to provide municipal police services.
