The father of a woman who
disappeared in 1991 is raising the reward to $35,000 for information
leading to an arrest in this 1991 cold case.
The father is also willing to speak to the media.
On January 16, 1991, Jennifer Lynn Delap, then 39 years old, was reported missing from her home in Boring, Oregon. Her body has never been found. Authorities believe she was murdered.
Jennifer Lynn Delap was born on Nov. 23, 1951, and had gone by the names Jennifer Storgard and Jennifer Walling in the past before her disappearance.
Jennifer Delap's father James Walling has raised the reward to $35,000 for information leading to an arrest in this case.
