UPDATE (3/26/2015):

Booking photo: Michael Gordon Dick, 53, of Gresham

Booking photo: Michael Gordon Dick, 53, of GreshamLast night (Wednesday, March 25, 2015) around 10 p.m., Clackamas County Sheriff's Office deputies -- working with Multnomah County, Damascus PD and Gresham PD personnel -- arrested a man in Gresham on public-indecency charges. Following a search of the suspect's residence, investigators believe this is the man responsible for a string of indecent-exposure incidents in Boring/Eagle Creek area. Additional tips are sought.

The suspect is identified as Michael Gordon Dick, 53, of Gresham. He is a registered sex offender. A booking photo is linked above.

Authorities received calls on Tuesday (March 24) and Wednesday (March 25) about a naked male walking around masturbating in the Tickle Creek and Kelso Road area. Both incidents occurred at the same address, and the M.O. was similar to the series of Boring/Eagle Creek indecent-exposure incidents detailed in our Feb. 17, 2015 and Dec. 10 , 2014 news releases (reproduced below).

The March 24 and 25 incidents led investigators to get a search warrant for suspect Michael Dick's residence in Gresham. Mr. Dick was arrested and Sheriff's Office detectives -- assisted by Multnomah County, Damascus PD and Gresham PD personnel -- searched his house and vehicles.

Evidence found during the search warrant led investigators to believe that Michael Dick is the suspect allegedly responsible for the string of indecent-exposure incidents in the Boring/Eagle Creek area. (This evidence includes Mr. Dick's 2004 Chevy S10, similar to the suspect vehicle described and photographed in those earlier crimes.) All those incidents follow a similar pattern: A white male in a black pickup drives past women who are walking on the roadway or working in their yards. The male suspect stops, gets out of his pickup naked, and starts masturbating. Each time the suspect leaves before the victim can get close to him.

Michael Dick is currently charged with 3 counts of Public Indecency -- 2 from Tuesday and Wednesday (March 24-25) and one from last week. Michael Dick is a registered sex offender as a result of a December 2008 arrest in which he entered an elderly person's home in east Multnomah County fully nude and attempted to assault her. His sex-offender status means the March 24-25 charges have been increased to felonies.

His Clackamas County Jail booking info is here.

Investigators are currently looking at the other incidents that have occurred in the area and plan to book him on additional indecent-exposure charges from the earlier reported incidents.
