'Singer/songwriter/ID thief' back in jail after CCITF
On Wednesday, June 24, 2015, investigators with the Clackamas County
Inter-agency Task Force (CCITF) served several search warrants in
Multnomah and Clackamas counties related to a narcotics investigation.
The suspect in the investigation is Stephen G Rowell, 34, of Portland. Rowell was sentenced in 2009 for multiple counts of identity theft in Multnomah County. The Oregonian wrote about Rowell in 2009, here:

As a result of the June 24, 2015 search warrants, investigators seized:
- Approximately 3.5 ounces of meth
- Over $55,000 in cash
- A 2007 Ford Mustang
Rowell was arrested on parole violation charges while the drug
investigation continues. He is currently lodged in Multnomah County
