Ms. Derr is believed to be in the Seaside area or the Coos Bay area on the Oregon coast.

Please call 911 if you see her or have information on her whereabouts.

EARLER: Monday, June 13, 2016, 2:54 p.m.

Natalie E. DerrClackamas County Sheriff's Office is looking for public assistance in locating Natalie E. Derr, a 54-year-old Caucasian female.

Ms. Derr was last seen leaving a care facility in unincorporated Milwaukie in Clackamas County on Sunday, June 12, 2016.

Ms. Derr is in urgent need of medical attention and needs her medication, which she left behind.

Ms. Derr is possibly headed to the Oregon Coast driving her 2010 red Toyota Prius, Oregon license plate 057ESW.

If you see Ms. Derr or have information on her whereabouts, please call 911.
