UPDATED: Sheriff's Office detectives investigate suspicious death in Milwaukie

UPDATE: June 26, 2016, 3:53 p.m.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is now able to confirm the identity of the deceased individual from the Clackamas Trails Apartment death investigation. She has been identified as Donna Doris McQueen, 80, of Milwaukie, OR. She died from a single gunshot wound.

Detectives working this case are no longer seeking tips from the public regarding the incident. At this time there is no further information available for release.

Booking photo: Noelle St. JohnDetectives with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Homicide and Violent Crimes Unit have arrested Noelle St. John, a 21-year-old female, in connection with the death investigation at the Clackamas Trails Apartments.

Investigators are withholding the victim's name until after the autopsy has been completed. The autopsy is scheduled for midday on Sunday, June 26, 2016.

The investigation has shown that the victim was the unintended target of Ms. St. John, who discharged a firearm in the apartment complex.

Ms. St. John was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on charges of Manslaughter I and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Her complete booking info is here.

Crime sceneDetectives with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office and the Clackamas County Major Crimes Team are investigating a death at the Clackamas Trails Apartments (10425 SE Cook Ct., Milwaukie).

Detectives are reaching out to the public for information. Detectives are specifically interested in information about a disturbance or fight from within the complex last night (June 24, 2016).
