Adult Day Services Programs

Adult Day Services Programs offer caregivers a break from caregiving roles. The kind of care they provide varies, as do the days and hours of operation.  Recreation and social programs are included. Other services offered may include personal care, general medical care, meals, transportation, caregiver support groups, and more. Prospective participants & caregivers are usually welcome to observe the program before making a decision about attending. Some programs have contracts with Medicaid, Oregon Project Independence, or some private insurance carriers. Call the individual programs for rates and further information.  Those programs marked with a ‘*’ serve only those with memory impairment.
