Q: Why does it take so long to download a file?

A: There are several factors involved in the retrieval of a file: Your position in the file request queue, when the queue was last serviced, the speed of your internet connection and the size the file. If the file cannot be delivered after a suitable time the web page will timeout and display a message. All we ask is that you be patient.
