Final Recommended Work Program
March 2013

The Clackamas Regional Center Working Group was formed in 2012 to prioritize future programs and projects in the Clackamas Town Center Urban Renewal Area.  The group, made up of community leaders and business representatives from the area, reviewed and evaluated four types of projects:

  • Transportation and Street Network
  • Multi-Modal Travel (walking, bicycling, transit)
  • Community Use
  • Focus Areas for Development and Redevelopment

The goal is to identify the projects and programs that will continue to:

  • Foster a healthy community
  • Encourage economic growth
  • Provide safe and efficient travel options
  • Improve circulation and connections for all forms of travel

Meetings

Opportunities for Public Involvement

  • Public open houses were held October 10, 2012, and January 8, 2013.
  • Send written comments to Senior Project Manager Dave Queener.

Timeline

The Working Group began meeting in May 2012 and is met regularly through December 2012 to develop a Proposed Work Program.  The group will continue to meet periodically after that for updates and direction.
