Portland to Coast and Hood to Coast: Wellness sponsors employee teams to participate in the Portland to Coast and/or Hood to Coast relay races. If you are interested in being sponsored by Wellness: join a team or form a team and then submit the completed application form to the Wellness Coordinator, Tamra Dickinson. But don't wait to submit your application; teams are formed and approved nearly a year before the events begin.
