Where to Walk
Canemah Bluff

Lunch break is a great time for a hike, but locating nearby parks that offer wooded trails and beautiful views are often difficult to find (but not impossible). If you are looking for a great Lunch time hike, check out Canemah Bluff.

It took me about 7 minutes to reach the park from the Red Soils Campus by car. The trails were a mix of old dirt roads and easy pathways through an expanse of forest next to the old Oregon City Canemah district. The park also had another interesting treat, an old pioneer cemetery from the 1860’s. Public parking and entry to the trails can be found at Canemah Children’s Park, 815 4th Ave, Oregon City. Bring hiking shoes.
