REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CLACKAMAS COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1 HOODLAND MASTER PLAN FOR WASTEWATER SERVICES

Clackamas County Service District No. 1 is soliciting qualifications from interested consultants to provide engineering and consulting services to assist the District with the development of a comprehensive Master Plan for Wastewater Services in the Hoodland Service Area.

TRI-CITY SERVICE DISTRICT TRI-CITY WPCP LIME STORAGE SILO ADDITION PROJECT Bids due 2:00 PM, July 31, 2014 ADDENDUM TO INVITATION TO BID

Sealed Bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required for the project will be received by Tri-City Service District at the office of the Water Environment Services, 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, Oregon 97045, Attention Dewayne Kliewer, - Project Manager, until the BID CLOSING TIME NOW AMENDED TO BE at 2:00 p.m. local time, on July 31, 2014 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.  No bids will be received after BID CLOSING TIME.

The Work contemplated under this project includes furnishing and installing a new lime storage silo and conveyance system on a furnished concrete pad adjacent to the existing lime system, at the Tri-City Water Pollution Control Plant located at 15941 S. Agnes in Oregon City, Oregon 97405, all as indicated in the Bid Documents.

A second opportunity to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference is being made available.  Another pre-bid conference will be held on July 22nd, 2014, at the Tri-City Water Pollution Control Plant Administration Building conference room located at 15941 S. Agnes, Oregon City, Oregon 97045 and will commence at 9:00 A.M.  Interested prospective prime BIDDERS must have attended and participated in one of the two pre-bid conferences being offered and interested sub-bidders and suppliers are also encouraged to attend. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR WASTEWATER PROCESS ENGINEERING and TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Clackamas County Service District No. 1 (CCSD No. 1) and the Tri-City Service District are soliciting qualifications from interested consultants to provide process engineering and capital project technical assistance. CCSD No. 1 and the Tri-City Service District are the contracting agencies for this work and are referred to as the "Contracting Agency" in this Request for Proposals.

Proposal packets are available from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday at Water Environment Services ("WES"), Clackamas County Development Services Building, 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, OR 97045, telephone (503) 742-4554 Sealed proposals are to be sent to Randy Rosane - Project Manager at the Beavercreek Road address.

Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether the vendor is a resident vendor, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The Contractor or sub contractor is not required to be licensed under ORS 468A.720. This is not a public work contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.).
