Capacity Management Program Technical Work
The Capacity Management Program is a division of WES that is charged with managing the actions needed to carry out the Implementation Plan. The program includes the following concurrent technical initiatives:
- Capacity Preliminary Design
- New Plant Preliminary Design
- Kellogg Plant Assessment and Preliminary Design
- Biosolids to Energy Study
