Capacity Management Program Technical Work

The Capacity Management Program is a division of WES that is charged with managing the actions needed to carry out the Implementation Plan. The program includes the following concurrent technical initiatives:

  1. Capacity Preliminary Design
  2. New Plant Preliminary Design
  3. Kellogg Plant Assessment and Preliminary Design
  4. Biosolids to Energy Study
