Water Environment Services (WES) is proud of the reliable and high-quality of services we deliver to our customers. Our commitment to clean rivers and a healthy environment is a commitment to public health now and for years to come.
WES strives to pay its vendors in a timely manner. All new vendors need to complete a New Vendor Form. Vendor payments are issued each Friday. The deadline for submitting claims for payment is 4:30 PM each Monday. Special arrangements can be made to pick up payments by calling (503) 742-4567.
Accounts Receivable handles department billings and customer payment processing. WES currently serves over 22,000 accounts in the North Clackamas, Hoodland, Boring, Fischer's Forest Park and Lower Tualatin River Basin service areas.
Customers have several options to pay their sewer and/or surface water bills including:
- By mail – send payment to: Water Environment Services, 150 Beavercreek Rd., Oregon City OR 97045
- Direct debit – Complete the application and authorization agreement. Remember to attach a voided check when submitting your application. Once we receive your application, our system will test your bank account information for accuracy but will not deduct your payment from your account. If the test is a success, then your payment will be taken directly from your account on the 20th of the next month for all future billings.

Low Income Customer Discount
WES offers a discount to low income customers. To qualify for the discount please complete the Low Income application form and attach a copy of your most recent federal income tax return, or your most recent form SSA 1099 - Social Security Benefit Statement.
