Design Specification:
Water Environment Services (WES) oversees sanitary sewer, stormwater and erosion control plan review and permitting services for development activity within two service districts Clackamas County Service District #1 (CCSD1) and Surface Water Management Agency of Clackamas County (SWMACC). WES plan review and permitting process is integrated as part of the Clackamas County, City of Happy Valley and Rivergrove land-use and permitting processes. WES review and approves public sanitary, storm and erosion control plans for development activities such as:
- Single Family Residential
- Subdivisions
- Partition Plats
- Commercial and industrial development
- Other facilities that discharge into the public sanitary sewer or storm water system

Proposed Sanitary and Stormwater Standards
CCSD #1 will be seeking public comment on proposed sanitary and storm development standards. Clackamas County Service District No. 1 (CCSD #1) is proposing to update its sanitary sewer and stormwater development standards.
