Visitor Parking & Changes at County Campus

Construction underway on a replacement Clackamas County Courthouse on the County’s Red Soils Campus in Oregon City will affect some services until the project is completed in 2025. Please check this webpage for updates on which county services are being affected and where visitors can park during construction. Your safety is our top priority. Please follow all safety guidelines when visiting the campus. We apologize for any inconveniences created by construction and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. The much-needed replacement county courthouse will ensure that residents will have a safe and secure place to seek justice for generations to come.

Campus Services Affected by Construction

Hilltop Behavioral Health Center Temporarily relocated to space in the Development Services Building (150 Beavercreek Road) and WIC building (999 Library Court) for approximately one year.
Stewart Behavioral Health Center Temporarily relocated to space in the Development Services Building (150 Beavercreek Road) for approximately one year.

Safety Reminders for Visitors

The safety of all visitors to our campus is our top priority. When visiting the campus, please:

Use designated crosswalks

Warning sign
Be aware of your surroundings and possible distractions during construction

Pedestrian crossing the street
Be aware of an increase in pedestrians crossing streets on campus due to parking changes

Construction fencing
Keep a safe distance of 4–6  feet from the fenced-off construction site locations
