To help people living in unincorporated areas dispose of debris from the recent ice storm, the county recently offered through March 19, 2021, $30 e-gift cards for ice storm debris disposal to use at participating yard debris disposal locations and participating landscape and arborist companies by May 2, 2021. These vouchers must be used for cleanup of ice storm debris. This may include disposal of limbs and branches at a local yard debris facility, temporary rental of a container for yard debris from your garbage company, cleanup service from an approved landscaper or arborist, or rental of equipment such as a chipper from an approved business. You may not use the voucher to purchase other goods or services from these vendors.

If you own a licensed landscaping or arborist business and would like to participate in this program, please let us know. There are no fees for participating merchants or special technology needed. All you need to be able to do is to accept MasterCard payments and to manually key in transactions like a phone order.
