Did you know there is a no cost mediation and conflict resolution service for both housing providers and tenants in Clackamas County?

Did you also know a new Oregon law has made changes to eviction notices, overdue rent rules and use of rental assistance?

To help you understand some of the many legal and non-legal housing issues, options and opportunities, you are invited to attend a free Landlord and Tenant Law information session on Zoom featuring experts who can respond to your questions and concerns. The session will address important issues for both sides, from rent payment delays to fines, conflicts, and how to work together on possible solutions before an eviction case is filed in court.

The session will be facilitated by Attorney Amanda Caffall of The Commons Law Center and Clackamas County Law Librarian Jennifer Dalglish.

This clinic is open to everyone, including landlords and tenants.

To RSVP, email lawlibrary@clackamas.us.
