Welcome Exhibitors! We are so excited to have you here and ready to enter into the Clackamas County Fair. We have new divisions and exciting changes going on. There’s a chance for just about everyone from ages 2 to 100 years old to win a blue ribbon at the fair. We want to make it as easy as possible to participate in the fair. We have great things planned in store for our exhibitors and can’t wait to get started.
We're accepting exhibitor entries!
- If this is your first time being an exhibitor, please read the Guide for First Time Exhibitors below. It will answer a lot of your questions.
- If you plan on entering any animals, read the Livestock Rules and Regulations. Don’t forget to print out the Livestock Release forms!
- There are different deadlines depending on what you are entering. Check out the Dates, Deadlines, & General Rulesto make sure you don’t miss anything.

Guide for First Time Exhibitors
Anyone. However, you must be the owner of and the individual who grew, built, created or raised the exhibit you want to enter.39911
Most still exhibit (non-livestock) Public Competition departments have no entry fees. However, the Public Competition class livestock departments do have entry fees. See individual department listing in the Exhibitor Handbook for specific information.39911
An individual item can only be entered in one department. Individuals are not, however, limited to the number of departments in which they submit entries. Each department requires an individual entry form which can be downloaded from our website.39911
Deadlines vary for individual departments. Most still exhibits (non-livestock) deadlines are two or three days before the start of the Fair. Livestock deadlines are throughout the summer. Refer to individual departments for exact dates.39911
If you have an unusual item you would like to enter, contact the fair office and we will help guide you to the correct department and superintendent.39911
The types of awards and ribbons vary by department . Some departments give nominal
cash premiums and special awards.39911
Each department’s listing includes the name and telephone number of the superintendent involved in that department. They would be happy to answer your questions. If youcan’t reach one of the individuals listed, call the Fair Office at 503-266-1136.39911

It takes hundreds of volunteers to put on the Fair each year and we thank each and every one for giving of their time and talents.
