Fuller Road Station Family Housing

A 100-unit affordable housing building located at the TriMet Max Green Line Fuller Road Station Park & Ride. Fuller Road Station will be 100% affordable multifamily housing, serving families and individuals with incomes between 30% and 80% of area median income. 

25 units will be dedicated for families and individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including foster youth exiting or having exited the system. Twenty units will be for 30% AMI, seven at 50% AMI, 54 at 60%, and five at 80% AMI. There will also be one manager’s unit. The units include:

  • 17 one-bedroom units
  • 54 two-bedroom units
  • 20 three-bedroom units.

Project updates/timeline

Fuller Road closed on construction financing on Friday, April 9, 2021. Construction will begin in April 2021 and is estimated for completion in Summer 2022.
