Oregon City View Manor is a public housing community owned and operated by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County. Constructed in 1962, the property has 100 homes. The project involves both a request to sell some of the land and redvelop a portion for affordable housing. If the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approves the request to sell some of the land, the current residents at the site would be relocated to new homes with the assistance of Housing Vouchers and a Relocation Counselor.
