Proposal: This is an appeal of a denial for a vested right determination.  Zoning and Development Ordinance (ZDO) Subsection 841.02(A), which became effective March 1, 2019, limits a tract in the EFU District to only one (1) premises licensed for marijuana production by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC). This application requested a determination that the applicant has a vested right to have sixty (60) licensed premises on the subject property.
