Proposal: Hosting events:  wedding, parties, etc.  As described this will involve renovation of two existing barns, and the construction of an accessory bathroom building.  The main (lower) barn will be renovated to allow use for gatherings and will be designed to accommodate tables, chairs, music and dancing, and will include a catering prep area without cooking equipment.  The smaller (upper) barn will be renovated to provide space for small meetings and will also accommodate ancillary space that may be used in conjunction with larger events.  104 parking spaces will be provided.  Applicant anticipates 1-3 events per week during summer with other times of year possibly once or twice per month. 104 parking spaces to be provided to serve maximum 300 guests per event.  Subject property is approximately 12.5-acres in size, located at 14275 S. Mueller Road, west of Highway 213.  Zone designation for the site is EFU, Exclusive Farm Use.
