Clackamas County is abiding by social distancing requirements during the coronavirus pandemic, so this public hearing will be conducted virtually using the Zoom platform. One week prior to the hearing, a Zoom link to the public hearing and details on how to observe and testify online or by telephone will be available on our website.
Items will not begin before the time noted, but may begin later depending on the length of preceding items. All interested parties are invited to “attend” the hearing online or by telephone and will be provided with an opportunity to testify orally, if they so choose. Applications may be viewed online. After selecting the “Planning” tab, enter the Record (File) number to search. Then scroll down and select “Attachments,” where you will find the submitted application. Proposal: 1) A three-parcel Partition (Z0515-19-M), each parcel being 13,320 square feet in area with one parcel retaining the existing house and garage. The other two parcels will have new home sites. 2) A Conditional Use Permit (Z0516-19-C): The applicant proposes to convert the existing house into a two-family dwelling (commonly known as a duplex), as well as construct a new two-family dwelling on each of the other two proposed parcels. 3) A Habitat Conservation Area Development permit (Z0024-20-HDA). Since the subject property contains a Habitat Conservation Area (HCA) and is the subject of both a Partition and Conditional Use request, they are all being filed concurrently pursuant to ZDO Section 706.06(C)(3) and ZDO Section 1307.06.
