Proposal: Further development at Phillip Foster Farm, to include addition of sawmill, schoolhouse and visitor center, along with modification to five (5) existing structures.   Site is approximately 5.23 acres in size, located in Eagle Creek – south side of S. Highway 211 and east side of SE Eagle Creek Road.  Zone designation for the site is split between RRFF-5/HL, Rural Residential/Historic Landmark, and RI, Rural Industrial.
