Proposal: Use a portion of the former Concord School building as offices for the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District. A portion of the building will be used for offices, and another portion for indoor recreation facilities, including classes and sport club activities. There are no proposed changes to the site or the building with this conditional use permit. Government uses are a Conditional Use in the R7 zoning district.
