Putt for Mutts fundraiser on May 18 supports Clackamas Dogs Foundation

The public is invited to join the Clackamas Dogs Foundation at its second annual Putt for Muttsfundraiser on May 18 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Sah-Hah-Lee Golf Course. Tickets cost $50, and attendees will receive dinner and one drink ticket, as well as participate in putt-putt golf, a silent auction and endless amounts of dog talk!

All proceeds benefit the Clackamas Dogs Foundation and its mission of advancing the welfare of dogs in Clackamas County. To join the fun, register online

Special guests – a K9 Sergeant and his working dog from the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office – will meet and greet participants.

The silent auction will be stocked full of great dog items and fun activities to do in and around Clackamas County, including a private plane ride to the mountain or beach, and passes to the Clackamas Repertory Theatre.

People or organizations interested in donating to the silent auction are asked to contact Sarah Holcombe at 503-722-6729.

The Clackamas Dogs Foundation, which relies exclusively on donations, is a valuable resource for Clackamas County Dog Services and dogs in the county. Foundation programs include an emergency fund for dogs who arrive to the shelter injured, a low-income spay and neuter program, and funding for a behavior/training coordinator at the Dog Services shelter.

For more information, members of the media and public may contact Holcombe at 503-722-6729.
