The 2018 State of the County will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at the Monarch Hotel and Conference Center in Clackamas from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. The event is produced and hosted by the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce.
All five commissioners will participate. General topics and areas of interest to be covered include:
- How will decisions on local issues affect residents?
- What can the community expect in the coming years?
- What ideas are commissioners pursuing to help the region thrive?
Commissioners will speak on progress made in 2017, and on this year’s priorities. Members of the public are invited to attend and pose questions about either topic.
Seating is limited, and registration is required (see http://bit.ly/2CTIJUK). Tickets cost $30 and include lunch, or there is no fee for simply attending and being seated at theater seating at the back of the room.
The event will be recorded and later aired on the Clackamas County Government Channel and YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/ClackamasCounty.
The Monarch Hotel and Conference Center is located at 12566 SE 93rd Ave. in Clackamas.
