County Seeks Applicants to Provide Homeless System Diversion, Homelessness Prevention and Rapid-Rehousing Services


Clackamas County’s Social Services Division has issued a Notice of Funding Opportunity to provide homeless system diversion, homelessness prevention, and rapid-rehousing services for homeless persons and persons at imminent or high risk of homelessness in Clackamas County. 

Approximately $450,000 will be distributed. Applicants interested in being considered for funding are encouraged to apply electronically by 5 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2018. The announcement is available on the county’s website at

Applicants that meet minimum requirements as specified will be evaluated and scored. All funding decisions will be contingent upon availability of funding. Applicants receiving funding will be required to enter into a formal agreement with the county.
