Every year, the Clackamas County Planning & Zoning Division solicits ideas from the public on long-range transportation and land use projects for staff to focus on in the upcoming year. Ideas for the 2019-20 fiscal year were solicited in late 2018 and have been compiled by staff.
The public is invited to comment on the suggested projects at a Planning Commission meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m., Monday, April 8. The meeting will be held in the Development Services Building Auditorium, 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City.
After public comment is concluded at the April 8 meeting, the Planning Commission will discuss the proposed projects and recommend a final list to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board is scheduled to discuss the recommendations and provide direction to staff on the long-range planning work program later this spring.
The list of all 38 suggested projects is online or may be seen or picked up in the Planning & Zoning Division on the 2nd floor of the Development Services Building. The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting, including staff recommendations on projects, will be available online by April 1, 2019.
People who would like to comment but are not able to attend the April 8 Planning Commission meeting are invited to send their comments by 5 p.m., Monday, April 8 to Senior Planner Lorraine Gonzales by email at email@example.com, or by mail or drop-off to the Planning & Zoning Division, 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, OR 97045.
