The 2020 State of the County forum-luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at the Monarch Hotel and Conference Center in Clackamas.
The event is produced and hosted by the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce, and cohosted by the Clackamas County Business Alliance (CCBA), Oregon City Business Alliance (OCBA), and Oregon City Chamber of Commerce.
Clackamas County Commissioners will speak on this year’s priorities and answer questions from the audience.
“It is with great pleasure that the North Clackamas Chamber host – along with the CCBA, OCBA and OC Chamber – our County Commissioners,” stated North Clackamas Chamber CEO Laura Edmonds. “We take seriously the importance of offering this program each year and in keeping our business community informed of the important work the County is doing on their behalf.”
“The Clackamas County Business Alliance is thrilled to partner with the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce to ensure our businesses know what is going on in Clackamas County,” stated CCBA Executive Director Nellie deVries. “Public and private collaboration helps our community thrive.”
In January, commissioners updated the county’s Performance Clackamas plan, which outlines five strategic priorities, and 12 results that are to be achieved in the coming years. That plan is available online.
Members of the public are invited to attend and pose questions related to county business.
Seating is limited, and registration is required. Tickets cost $35 and include lunch, or there is no fee for simply attending and being seated in theater seating at the back of the room. Register online.
The event will be recorded and later aired on the Clackamas County Government Channel and our YouTube channel.
The Monarch Hotel and Conference Center is located at 12566 SE 93rd Ave. in Clackamas.
