Hilltop and Stewart Behavioral Health Centers are moving and expanding to serve you better!

What’s happening

The new county courthouse is under construction where Hilltop and Stewart Behavioral Health Centers used to stand.

The services we used to provide at Hilltop and Stewart will eventually move to a permanent building where we can provide you enhanced services. We can’t wait to share details with you as selection, design and renovation of the permanent building progress!

In the meantime, we have temporarily relocated to the county’s Development Services Building (DSB).

Where to go

The DSB is just a few minutes’ walk from our former clinic buildings. The DSB is number 7 on the Visitor Parking During Construction map.

Our Child and Family Team and the Genoa pharmacy are on the 3rd floor of DSB. Adult outpatient services and the Community Support Team (Stewart) are on the 4th floor.

Don’t worry: Our staff are at a check-in desk on the ground floor to welcome and guide you and answer your questions. There are plenty of signs around the building to help you, too.

Where to park

If you drive or ride in a car to your appointment, you or your driver can park in the J, K or N visitor parking lots shown in green on the map. Some spaces in the K lot closest to the DSB are reserved for non-emergency medical transport vehicles and visitors with mobility issues.

Change is hard

This transition is hard for all of us. Please be sure to tell your provider how you are feeling, and what you need to adjust to this new environment.

We are trying very hard to do things the way we always have. You’ll see the same familiar therapists, case managers, providers, supported employment specialists, and front desk staff – just in a different place.

But some things will have to change for a while. For example, we have fewer private offices available in DSB, so if you are able to attend your appointments via telehealth rather than in person, we encourage you to do so.

Despite these temporary challenges, the courthouse construction and health center relocation will ultimately give us a great opportunity to provide you enhanced services in a large, renovated, client-friendly building. We’re excited about our permanent building and look forward to sharing details as selection, design and renovation get underway.
