Happy Holidays! Take note, the county will be closed so staff can enjoy time with loved ones. If you’re unsure if a department is open near a holiday, please contact them directly on our department contact information webpage. Rest assured, some county services, such as the Sheriff’s Office and 9-1-1, operate 24/7. And at all times, the Clackamas County Crisis and Support Line is available for people in need of immediate mental health support at 503-655-8585. We also have a Mobile Crisis Response Team running 24/7, and you can reach them at the same number.
Holiday closures and modified hours include the following:
- Closed Thursday, Nov. 24 for Thanksgiving.
Exception: Clackamas Mental Health Centers, our urgent health walk-in center, will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Find community Thanksgiving resources. - Closed Friday, Nov. 25 (most departments) per our typical Monday through Thursday schedule. Development Services will be available via phone, email and for pre-scheduled inspections. Justice Court will be closed.
- County Libraries (Oak Lodge and Gladstone) will close at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 24. The Canby Ferry will operate from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Clackamas Mental Health Clinic, our urgent mental health walk-in center, will be closed. The Crisis and Support Line will be available 24/7 at 503-655-8585.
- Closed Sunday, Dec. 25 for Christmas, including County Libraries. Book drops will remain open.
- Closed Monday, Dec. 26 for Christmas (observed).
Exception: Clackamas Mental Health Centers will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Closed Saturday, Dec. 31: Clackamas Mental Health Clinic, our urgent mental health walk-in center. The Crisis and Suppport Line will be available 24/7 at 503-655-8585.
- Closed Sunday, Jan. 1 for New Year's Day, including County Libraries. Book drops will remain open.
- Closed Monday, Jan. 2 for New Year’s Day (observed)
