New opening on ABCs: NCPRD Advisory Committee (DAC)

Clackamas County Commissioners are seeking interested residents to serve on county Advisory Boards and Commissions (ABCs). These ABCs offer residents the opportunity to become very involved in specific activities and the goals of Clackamas County.

North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District Advisory Committee

North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District Advisory Committee: The North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District (NCPRD) is recruiting volunteers to represent unincorporated parts of the district for its District Advisory Committee (DAC).

Sub-area 1: No vacancies 
Sub-area 2: One position, to begin July 
Sub-area 3: One position, to begin July 
Sub-area 4: No vacancies

The District Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the District’s Board of Directors on the design, planning, and development of parks and the provision of recreational programs in the district. Committee members are important in representing residents’ voices in NCPRD decisions and policies. Learn more about the committee

Members serve four-year terms on a committee of 11 representatives. The group meets the second Wednesday of each month from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
