Clackamas County Commissioners are seeking interested residents to serve on county Advisory Boards and Commissions (ABCs). These ABCs offer residents the opportunity to become very involved in specific activities and the goals of Clackamas County.

Clackamas County Fair Board
The Fair Board has two openings, each of which are 3-year terms ending on December 31, 2027. Members serve in an advisory capacity to the Board of County Commissioners while acting as the policy-making body of the Clackamas County Fair and Event Center. Though not required, having experience with the County Fair and business management would be helpful in the role.
The County Fair Board has the exclusive management of the grounds and all other property owned, leased, used, or controlled by the county and devoted to the use of the County Fair. The Board is entrusted and charged with the entire business management and financial responsibilities of the Clackamas County Fair and the Event Center. In order that the fairgrounds and buildings are utilized to the fullest extent, the Board at all times has the authority to provide facilities for public and private events throughout the year.
The County Fair Board meets the third Wednesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at the Event Center.
