  7. Approval of Amendment #2 increasing funding and extending duration of the Improving People’s Access to Community‐Based Treatment, Supports, and Services Grant Program with the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for.   1. Approval of a Contract with Volunteers of America of Oregon, Inc. to provide Community Monitoring Services. Contract not to exceed $327,563 for 1 year. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds.

Transportation & Development

  1. Approval of Intergovernmental Agreement with Southern Oregon University Market Research Institute for a Business Friendly Environment Study. Total value is $13,750. Funding is through Lottery dollars allocated for the Office of Economic Development operations. No County General Funds are involved.

Health, Housing & Human Services

  1. Approval of a Grant Agreement with the U.S. Department of Labor for Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program Grant to expand and enhance Clackamas County’s Veterans’ Workforce Program. Initial grant value is $197,469, to be renewed annually for a total grant value of $851,055 over 3 years. Funding is through the U.S. Department of Labor. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval to accept a grant award from the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration for School-Based Health Center Expansion at Clackamas High School and Adrienne C. Nelson High School. Initial grant value is $200,000, to be renewed annual for a total grant value of $400,000 over 2 years. Funding is through the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of a Letter of Agreement with CareOregon, Inc. for expansion of intake services at Clackamas Health Centers. Agreement value is $157,000 for 1 year. Funding through CareOregon, Inc. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. Approval of a Lease Agreement with Canby Foursquare Church for space to provide Women, Infants, and Children Program services. Lease value is $0 for 1 year. No County General Funds are involved.
  5. Approval of a Federal Subrecipient Agreement with Outside In for Hispanic/Latinx outreach and engagement in the School-Based Health Center at Milwaukie High School. Total value is $100,185 for 15 months. Funding through State ARPA funds. No County General Funds are involved.
