Clackamas County Commissioners will hold a town hall meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 3, at West Linn High School starting at 6 p.m. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

This event is an opportunity for all county residents and stakeholders to ask questions directly to commissioners. Discussion will focus on the two ballot measures proposed by commissioners for the November election: a fuel tax for county road maintenance, and a sales tax on recreational marijuana. More information on these two measures can be found online here and here.

Commissioners hold town hall meetings quarterly in different county communities and invite the public to ask questions on current issues. These town halls provide residents with accessibility to their commissioners, which helps to Build Public Trust through Good Government, a priority of Performance Clackamas, a strategic plan previously adopted by the county.

West Linn High School's address is 5464 West A Street. The town hall will be held in Room F201.
