Wilsonville PD, Sheriff's Office release sketch of Public Indecency suspect in May 31 flashing incident; tips sought

The Wilsonville Police Department and Clackamas County Sheriff's Office are working to identify a male who exposed himself to a woman in Wilsonville on May 31. A sketch of the suspect is attached.

On Thursday, May 31, deputies took a report from a woman who told them a male had pleasured himself in front of her in the parking lot of her apartment, located in the 11400 block of SW Toulouse St. in Wilsonville. The male fled northeast when verbally confronted by the woman.

The suspect was described as follows:

  • Hispanic or darker-skinned male
  • Short curly hair
  • About 5'07" tall
  • Very slender build
  • Late teens to early 20s
  • Wearing blue baggy jeans and gray T-shirt

Deputies checked surrounding areas, but were unable to find anyone matching the suspect description. The Sheriff's Office Forensic Imaging Unit took a description from the victim and created the attached suspect sketch.
