Jakob Esperum has been found safe and returned to his family.

The Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in the search for Jakob Esperum, 13, who was last seen leaving school yesterday in Oregon City.

The 13-year-old was last seen around 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 17, 2018, after he reportedly ran away from Ogden Middle School in Oregon City.

A photo of Jakob is attached. He is described as follows:

  • 5’4" 
  • 110 lbs. 
  • Last seen wearing brown hoodie, black pants and black shoes 
  • Wears glasses 
  • Recently dyed his hair purple
