Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Deputies heard a crash this morning (Sunday, Aug. 4) at 9:39 a.m. while writing reports at one of our substations. Deputies responded -- and found a green Ford Thunderbird at the intersection of SE Fuller Rd and SE Causey Rd.

The Thunderbird had heavy front-end damage, and there was a black Ducati motorcycle under the front end of the car. The motorcycle operator -- Timothy Zimmerman of Milwaukie -- was thrown about 20 feet from the crash scene.

Clackamas County Fire District #1 and American Medical Response were called to the scene to treat Timothy Zimmerman. He was transported to the hospital with leg injuries.

Deputies interviewed the driver of the Thunderbird, identified as Kerrie Farr of Milwaukie. It was determined she was the alleged cause of the crash. She was suspected of being under the influence and arrested on DUII charges.

Shortly after the crash -- around 11 in the morning-- Karrie Farr had a blood alcohol concentration of almost twice the legal amount.

Kerrie Farr was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on DUII charges.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office wants to remind everyone not to drink and drive and to always have a designated driver.
