Milwaukie man arrested on child sex-assault charges; potential additional victims sought

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Child Abuse Team arrested 24 year-old Brandon Murdock James on charges including Unlawful Sexual Penetration in the Second Degree, Kidnapping in the Second Degree, Sex Abuse in the Third Degree, and Possession of Child Pornography.

His booking info is here. Bail is set at $250,000.

The Child Abuse Team learned that Brandon James allegedly lured three separate 13-year-old girls back to his apartment at the Heather Brae Commons Apartments (10303 SE. Bell Rd, Milwaukie). Mr. James allegedly gave the victims alcohol before handcuffing them and performing sexual acts upon them.

It is also known that Brandon James babysat other children in the area.


The Child Abuse Team is seeking the public's help to locate additional tips and possible victims in this case.
