At about 2:55 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013, a man on foot in the vicinity of SW Barber Street and SW Boburg Street in Wilsonville was approached by a man who asked for a cigarette. The suspect then allegedly brandished what the victim thought was a gun and demanded the entire pack.

A responding Wilsonville Police sergeant located the suspect -- Dylan Michael Bernard Loigman, 23 years of age, of Eugene, Oregon -- walking less than a block away. During further investigation, the suspect was found to be in possession of a realistic-looking pellet gun and the stolen pack of cigarettes.

Dylan Michael Bernard Loigman  was arrested and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on one count of Robbery II. His bail is $250,000. His full booking info is here.
