Media and Interested Parties

 

In response to recent community statements, reporting and phone calls re: Francisco Aguirre:

  • Francisco Aguirre was booked into the Clackamas County Jail on a Clackamas County Sheriff's Office probable cause DUII on August 10, 2014. Mr. Aguirre was released fewer than 8 hours later. No one from CCSO notified Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of this arrest or booking.
  • There have been recent media reports and statements suggesting that we made notification to ICE. These reports are not accurate.
