Sugich will be arraigned today (Oct. 1) at 3 p.m. via Clackamas County Video Court. He will be charged with two counts of felony Public Indecency.

EARLIER (Sept. 25, 2014) -- Sheriff's Office seeks help to ID suspect who allegedly exposed self to minors in Old Navy in Clackamas Promenade Sept. 20

Please reference Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Case #14-25910

The Clackamas County Child Abuse Team is asking for the public's help to identify an adult male subject who allegedly exposed himself in a sexual manner to two small children, ages 6 and 10. Surveillance photos and video of the suspect are attached to this release.

The alleged crime occurred in the evening hours of Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, inside the Old Navy retail store located in the Clackamas Promenade at 8646 SE Sunnyside Rd. in Clackamas.

The two children immediately reported the incident to their mother who was nearby inside the store. The male suspect quickly left the store before he could be contacted or identified.

Video footage of the act was obtained -- as was a clear picture of the male's face. This media is attached to this release.

Considering the location and time of day, this subject's conduct was very bold and is highly concerning.

- White male
- Approx. 50-60 years old
- Medium build
- Approx. 6 ft. tall
- Short brown/grayish hair
