UPDATE (October 29, 2014 2:28 p.m.): DANIEL SCOTT SPILLERS ARRESTED
Daniel "Danny" Scott Spillers was arrested last night (Tuesday, Oct. 28) on NW Bailey St. in Hillsboro.
The Clackamas County Inter-agency Task Force (CCITF) -- with the help of the U.S. Marshals Service and Hillsboro Police Street Crimes -- tracked suspect Daniel Scott Spillers down to a residence.
Spillers reportedly fled out a back window while attempting to elude authorities. After a short chase, a Hillsboro Police Officer took him into custody.
He was lodged at the Washington County Jail on outstanding warrants. Further charges are also pending.
On Monday, October 20, 2014, investigators with the Clackamas County Interagency Task Force (CCITF) attempted to contact and arrest Daniel "Danny" Scott Spillers near the Gateway Shopping Mall, located on NE 102nd Avenue in Portland.
Spillers was reportedly driving a stolen Jeep utility at the time.
When investigators got out and attempted to arrest Spillers, he rammed two police vehicles and fled.
None of the investigators were injured, and the Jeep was recovered a short time later in Southeast Portland. However, both police vehicles were damaged in the incident.
Investigators later learned from witnesses that inside the stolen Jeep with Spillers were a female and infant child.

Investigators are also continuing their investigation of other crimes and criminal associates connected to Spillers and are seeking out persons with information about those activities and persons.
Spillers currently has a felony warrant for parole violation and is wanted by Clackamas County Sheriff's Office for additional charges related to this most recent incident.
