Amazon Package Pirate The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office needs your tips to catch a thief who stole an Amazon package from a Lake Oswego porch. Surveillance video is available of the brazen heist.

As seen in the above-linked video, at approximately 1:15 p.m. on March 11, 2016, the "Amazon Package Pirate" walks up to a front door of a house in the 16200 block of SW Lake Forest Blvd. in Lake Oswego.

The suspect picks up the Amazon package, knocks on the door (presumably so he can pretend to be a delivery person if someone answers), and when he sees that no one is answering, he makes off with the package.

However, thanks to excellent porch surveillance video, we have a clear look at the Amazon Package Pirate.

The Amazon Package Pirate is described as a white male, bald, wearing dark pants, a red-and-black checkered fleece jacket, and white sneakers with black laces.

Still photos of the suspect taken from the surveillance video are also attached.

Anyone with information on the identity of the Amazon Package Pirate is urged to contact us via the Sheriff's Office Tip Line -- by phone at 503-723-4949 or by using the online email form. Please reference CCSO Case # 16-6670.
