Sheriff's Office releases video, suspect sketch in Jan. 16 Lighthouse Too armed robbery; tips sought

Suspect sketch: CCSO Case # 18-1578The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is seeking tips from the public in a brazen armed robbery of the Lighthouse Too deli on Jan. 16. Surveillance video and a suspect sketch are linked above.

At 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018, an unknown male suspect entered Lighthouse Too (16056 SE 82nd Dr., Clackamas). The suspect was wearing a blue jacket with a yellow stripe across the chest and the hood pulled up over a gray stocking hat.

As seen in the surveillance video, the suspect produces a snub-nosed pistol and demands cash from the counter. The cash is placed in a brightly colored bag and the suspect leaves the deli. The entire incident is over inside a minute-and-a-half.

The Sheriff's Office is still working to ID the suspect, who is described as follows:

  • 38-45 years old
  • 5'6" tall
  • 160-180 lbs.
  • Medium build, full face
  • No facial hair
  • Thick black eyebrows
  • Wearing navy-blue jacket with yellow stripe across chest, gray stocking hat
  • Carried colorful money bag
  • Race unknown: "golden brown" complexion

The Sheriff Office Forensic Imaging Unit produced a suspect sketch from witness descriptions. The sketch is linked above, as are still photos of the subject with the distinctive colorful money bag.
