Estacada man arrested on child sex abuse charges; possible additional victims sought

On Thursday, July 20, 2023, Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Child Abuse Team (CAT) investigators, with assistance from U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement & Investigations, arrested Thomas Lee Bryan, 63, on charges of multiple sexual crimes against children.

Bryan was arrested on U.S. Forest Service land near the Ripplebrook area, then taken to Clackamas County Jail and booked on charges of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and Using a Child in Sexual Display. It is believed that Bryan invited children to work on his property and, on at least two known occasions, sexually abused them. He was arrested  in Clackamas County on similar charges in 2002, and registered as a sex offender in 2003.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims.
