Sales venue: 

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office conducts Real Property Judicial Foreclosure Sales at 10 a.m. As of August 1, 2025, all real property foreclosure auctions will be held at the new Clackamas County Courthouse: 1000 Courthouse Road, Room 4C, Oregon City, OR 97045 

Pre-registration is no longer required. Bidders must arrive before the posted auction time to participate.

Important: All bidders must show proof of funds before the auction begins.

Only U.S. currency or certified cashier’s checks made payable to Clackamas County Sheriff's Office will be accepted. Payment is due in full immediately after the sale.

Only the judgment creditor listed on the writ may credit bid up to the amount of the writ plus allowed costs.

Requesting a Sheriff’s Deed

To request the Sheriff’s Deed, please download and fill out the Sheriff’s Deed Form and provide your Original Certificate of Sale with $56 payment to:

Oregon City, Oregon 97045

Checks or money orders for fees should be made payable to Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office or CCSO.

Form and payment may be mailed in or dropped off at the above address.
